How the Hydra strategy works

The True Strength Index smooths momentum twice, so it answers whether the push behind price is growing or fading without the jitter of a raw oscillator. The robot reads its direction and its crossings with the signal line.

Recovery logic increases the size of the next order after a loss, betting that the market will hand the money back on the turn. It looks smooth for a long time and then asks for the whole account in one afternoon, so the multiplier and the ceiling matter more than the entry.

Each filter removes a group of bad entries and, at the same time, a few good ones. Reading the code is the only honest way to judge that balance for your own market.

4. Finally, refresh the Navigator and drag Hydra onto a chart.
5. Run it on a demo account first, and read every input before you go live.

What you can change

The second smoothing is what separates a calm reading from a nervous one. Increase it if the robot enters too early, reduce it if it always arrives late.

Before any of that, however, look at the risk block. After all, a good entry with the wrong lot size still empties an account, and therefore the sizing deserves the first pass rather than the last.
