Delivery
All products are digital source code files. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download is available immediately under My Account → Downloads. Nothing is physically shipped.
We accept PayPal, debit and credit cards, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, Binance Pay).
Refund policy: all sales are final
We do not issue refunds. Our products are source code delivered instantly. Once the file is downloaded it cannot be returned, and it can be copied without limit, so returning it is not possible in any meaningful sense.
By completing your order you ask for immediate access to the files and you acknowledge that the product is fully delivered the moment the download becomes available. Where your local law would otherwise give you a cooling off period for digital content, that period ends at that moment and you expressly agree to it at checkout.
What is not a reason for a refund
- The robot did not perform the way you hoped. Past results are not a promise of future results, and this is stated on every product page.
- You changed your mind after downloading.
- You bought the MT4 version and you needed MT5, or the other way round. The platform is stated on every product page and in the title.
- Your broker, spread or account type is not suitable. The requirements are listed before you buy.
What we always help with, at no cost
Any technical problem receiving, downloading or compiling your files. If something does not reach you, write to info@binaryforexea.com and we will make sure you get exactly what you paid for.
Chargebacks and disputes
Opening a chargeback or a payment dispute after the files have been delivered is not a substitute for contacting us. When a dispute is filed we submit the delivery record: the order, the download timestamps and the terms accepted at checkout.
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by their own nature and cannot be charged back.
