1. About these terms
Forex Trading Store sells digital source code files (MQL4 and MQL5) for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. By purchasing or downloading from this website you agree to these terms.
2. Payment
We accept PayPal, debit and credit cards, and cryptocurrency (such as USDT, BTC, ETH and Binance Pay). Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible by their own nature.
3. Delivery and immediate access
All products are digital. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download becomes available instantly under My Account → Downloads. Nothing is physically shipped.
By completing your order you are asking for immediate access to the files, and you acknowledge that the product is fully delivered the moment the download becomes available. Where your local law would otherwise give you a withdrawal or cooling off period for digital content, that period ends when the download is made available to you, and by placing the order you expressly agree to this and acknowledge that you lose that right.
4. All sales are final
We do not issue refunds. These products are source code: once the file is downloaded it cannot be returned, and it can be copied without limit. Handing back a copy does not undo the delivery.
Refunds are also not available because a robot did not meet your expectations, because you changed your mind, because you bought the wrong platform version, or because past results were not repeated on your account. Every product page states the platform, the symbol, the timeframe and the requirements before you buy. Please read it carefully.
What we do help with, always and at no cost: any technical problem receiving, downloading or compiling your files. Write to us and we will make sure you get what you paid for.
5. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Opening a chargeback or a payment dispute after the files have been delivered is not a substitute for contacting us. When a dispute is filed we submit the delivery record: the order, the download timestamps and these terms as accepted at checkout.
If you have a problem, email us first. Every issue we can actually fix, we fix.
6. License
Unless a product states otherwise, your purchase grants you a license to use and modify the source code for your own trading. Redistribution, resale or publishing the code is not permitted unless the product explicitly includes reseller or white label rights.
7. Risk disclaimer
Our products are software tools. Trading forex, CFDs, gold and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk to your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any figures shown on this site describe past sessions and are not a promise of profit. Nothing here is financial advice and you trade at your own risk.
8. No warranty
Products are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any profit, any specific performance, or that the software will meet your particular requirements or work with every broker.
